Mr. Harris served as a Public Defender with the Charleston County Public Defender’s Office in Charleston, SC until 2008. As a Public Defender in Charleston County, Mr. Harris was tasked with handling more than 200 cases at a time. Many of these cases went to trial and many resulted in the defendant being acquitted or the case being nolle prossed.
