Theodore (“Ted”) Huge is a seasoned civil litigation and transactional attorney. For over 15 years, he has represented clients involved in contract disputes, class action representatives, False Claims Act Realtors, and persons injured by exposure to asbestos and other toxic substances. He has extensive experience in securities litigation and transactions, products liability and civil racketeering cases. Mr. Huge maintains a transactional law practice and represents several small and medium-sized businesses in South Carolina. He is also a member of, and a general counsel for, a large college scholarship foundation. He has been recognized for his excellent writing, negotiation and communication skills, and has a proven track record for providing superior, personalized, cost-effective representation to his clients.

Mr. Huge earned his Juris Doctoral degree at Georgetown University and graduated from Duke University with Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy and Mathematics. He is licensed to practice law in Virginia, South Carolina, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the District of Columbia. Prior to joining forces with Stephen Harris in 2010, Mr. Huge gained several years’ experience working for large litigation firms and spent two years as a financial analyst for an investment fund and a large retail franchise. Mr. Huge devotes his free time to volunteer work, sports leagues and plays lead guitar with a local rock band.
